Rulings applied: the Count minuted as a standing institution, not a division; the Iron Maiden entered as retconned away on tape; Cinco's homeworld is **Satida**, per G's ruling; "Council of Boone" is a transcription artefact and is not carried. ## Standing institutions and canon

- `8:06`, `49:15`–`49:59`, `1:45:22` — **The Record of the Count instituted and formalised** — a standing institution of the table, the Ledgerman its clerk; the title passes with the cumulative count. At `1:45:22` the score stands **4–4**: "We now have dual kings of cock." *(G's word: this is what "the Record of the Count" refers to.)*
- `10:02` — **Canon touched**: alternate realities enter the timeline, held as items for **later divine arcs** — G's ruling on the mis-transcribed "Divine Ox" line.
- `53:39`–`54:03` — **The Roundtable christened.** "For men to be men, men must first be equals. Let the ledger state that this office will now be known as the Roundtable from now and forward for the rest of time to the ages of ages. Amen."
- `2:22:16`–`2:22:44` — **Canon, fourth wall down**: the Wraith are the ancient enemy that emptied Atlantis; they know Atlantis but not Earth; only Todd now knows more; **"the wraith are not a monolith"** — they are factions. And: **Landis may be summoned from any body of water.** "Puddle, tea, doesn't matter."
- `2:27:32`–`2:32:45` — **Landis's menu entered into canon**: the **bottomless coffee** ("where the ascended drink free, and each refill is the same answer, but louder"), the **Silver Surf's Up** (insight at the cost of an admission to the record), and the **Francis Special** (he tells you how it unfolds and you are bound to that path). The water answered **Omar** on his census question; Cinco drank his coffee separately and was no part of that asking. *(G's word: the water answers many people; this was a separate matter.)*

## The session's acts

- `1:39` — Session opens 07/28. The **Silver Surfer** moors at the east pier; **Landis** disembarks, **Omar** behind him — returned after a fortnight gone.
- `3:26`–`7:31` — Ruling on Omar's memory: everything up to the grenade; nothing between it and waking naked in the ocean.
- `23:57`–`24:53` — **Title offered**: Cinco extends Omar a top seat on the Council of Un.
- `25:53` — **Landis hands Omar a six-page document**, to be signed at the back "for the record." Still unsigned at session end.
- `35:16`–`36:04` — **The Iron Maiden: retconned away on tape.** Keeper: "You have yet to request it." Cinco concedes it was never requested. *It does not stand ordered from this session's record; the request was afterwards made by text, post-session, and stands granted in principle at tier two — the Holding's note.*
- `35:16` — **Rainbow confirmed in charge of learning military torture methods.**
- `47:04` — **Retcon**: the other Daniels "never existed"; all prior references mean **John Daniels**.
- `52:12`–`52:24` — **The Ledgerman manifests** and puts the abdication question; **Cinco declines to abdicate.**
- `56:57` — **Titles**: Omar named **deputy commander**; **John Daniels reassigned back to head of botany**, the prior post held as temporary.
- `58:32`–`59:45` — **Two naming rulings**: the head courier is **Courier 1** and answers to no other name, "even until indefinite"; his deputy is **David / Dave / Davey**, an inclusive post.
- `1:01:36`–`1:04:21` — **Telegraph from Radek**: "The numbers do not add. **Explosives missing.** Radek." Ruled: Radek is **not a prisoner** — a bargaining chip, and Atlantis's **spy** on the Janai homeworld.
- `1:08:16`–`1:15:20` — Count amended to 2–4, then 3–4; the Wraith code-named **Project Blueberry**.
- `1:20:46` — **Omar has not accepted the seat**: "I haven't officially joined the council of Un."
- `1:39:00`–`1:45:34` — **The Wraith is named**: he takes **Todd** himself, as the price of a deal.
- `1:54:19`–`1:55:43` — **Long-range sensors discovered**; materiel entered: **four puddle jumpers** — two flight-ready, one barely flyable pending Radek, one untested under a tarp.
- `1:58:29`–`1:59:29` — **Death: John No Name**, killed flying escort; **Jumper 3 destroyed**, unsalvageable. The dart downed by Omar's drone.
- `2:01:12`–`2:03:15` — The dart **fired a beam over the city** (no one taken) and **broadcast to the Wraith at large**; the broadcast travels at light speed — "at least a minimum of two and a half sessions" to the nearest Wraith.
- `2:18:00`–`2:18:41` — **Death (presumed): Jane No Name**, John's sister, missing from the North Pier. "We believe her to be dead."
- `2:19:58`–`2:20:48` — **Requisition ordered in speech**: **Torture Team 1** to hunt the remaining Wraith on-world — capture if possible, kill on sight if not — the marksman **Rusty** specified.
- `2:47:03`–`2:52:19` — **Todd's terms, on the record**: Atlantis surrendered; the people relocated; supplies for **"ore" — bred humans**; safe passage only for names approved by Courier 1; forfeit on sedition. "You either give us the city or we're taking it."
- `2:52:19`–`3:04:45` — **The deal is not taken.** Cinco argues for it; Omar names it: "We were gonna be space Nazis. Space slaves. It's worse."
- `3:01:50`–`3:02:10` — **The Hoffan drug is on Atlantis. Three doses. Never used.**
