# Council -- Canon Addendum, filed 2026-08-04
### What the archive did not yet hold · gathered from the ANNEX before the session of 08-04-2026
*Kept append-only, after the manner of the Ledger. Correct beneath, never erase. -- Ferren*

The project archive's knowledge ran dry at ~2026-07-16 (the minutes of 07-10 and the Matter of a Debt). Three sessions have run since the archive last drank: **07-09**, **07-14**, and **07-28**. Their transcripts live in session_audio; what follows is the canon they established, plus standing documents the archive never gathered. Attributions from machine transcription; uncertain hearings marked (?).

---

## I. Session of 07-09-2026 -- "The Catch" (Taxe/Cinco + Keeper; Ali & Sun Franks absent)

- **The wraith was taken alive.** A dart was downed by re-raising the child-world's EMP shield (Fonzie-style, orange pulse -- which re-EMP'd the crew's own gear); the lone pilot was darted, pistol-whipped by Cinco, and cuffed. Loot: an 8-inch carved knife, a **picture of his Queen** (pocketed "for blackmail"), and an **unknown blinking black device** from the cockpit.
- **The Ledgerman revealed at table**: standing, non-voting council member, summoned by saying "for the record"; he is what Landis becomes "when I set down the pen" (?). **Tiebreaker law**: the Ledgerman resolves tied votes by banjo -- happy tune yes, sad tune no, interpretation left to the tied voters.
- **SO-1 and SO-3 formally transferred** Landis → Cinco.
- New named hands: **Courier One** (a title that outlives its wearer), **Davey** ("David on paper, Davey at a sprint"), **John Daniels** (botanist, second officer, 56 lbs, weighted vest +10 lbs by unamendable record, ATA gene), **Montgomery/"Monty"** (engineer), PFCs **Oren "Owen" Hull** (smart) and **Dusty "Rusty" Merck** (dumb, but a good shot).
- **Dionysus** and the child village: suicide-at-25 doctrine as "wraith prevention"; the crystal standoff was defused by bribe (space weed, seeds, medicine); Daniels detached to deliver it, recruit Dionysus as deputy botanist, and talk him out of the ritual.
- Cover story of record: the wraith is "dead"; the shield's covert off/on cycling is kept from Dionysus.
- Rulings: emergency meetings cannot issue new work orders; the record speaks in "I concur / I do not concur / concurring opinion"; wraith-capture cap "three, possibly four, but never five."
- Cinco's blaster is neither Wraith nor Ancient -- evidence of an **unknown advanced civilization**. Held open.

> "three, possibly four, but never five."

- **G:** This section is a clear reference by Taxe to the 'Holy Hand Grenade' that defeated the Rabbit_of_Caerbannog which can be found noted as the Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch.

## II. Session of 07-14-2026 -- "McPower Station" (Ali/Omar solo with Landis)

- Landis sailed Omar around the storm to a seafloor structure on Lantea: **McPower Station**, an Ancient geothermal plant drilling a thin spot in the mantle. Four consoles (Comms / Power / Geopower / Operations), armory (no guns; a **life-signs detector**, pocketed), two-port jumper dock, galley, habitation.
- A **ring platform** ("the Ring of Fire") stands engraved in its floor, paired to one at Atlantis's **East Pier**. Passcode set: **1123** (blocks departures, not arrivals).
- Omar re-cabled the sonar dish and three-phase lines: **McPower now feeds Atlantis at 25% efficiency**, its own batteries full; it could run the city's shield indefinitely if unstrained. The cable trail is a traceable weakness.
- **Omar stole a cloaked puddle jumper** from Atlantis (crossing Cinco's council meeting helmeted, compelled to yell "Murder!"), docked it at McPower, and plans to swap the cloak module onto the station (cloak and shield modules: one of each exists; either installs on jumper or station, never both; ~15 minutes to swap).
- **Omar's scheme**: keep McPower secret as his "power chip"; fake an "awakened Ancients" entity to claim a proxied Council vote; run a between-session telegraph misdirection campaign against Cinco (the Keeper batches and masks telegrams to hide origin).
- Rulings: ring platforms -- one set per five watches, two granted free (McPower + Atlantis), a third anywhere in-system makes three-way travel; research tiers found departments (phase 3 = can teach = new department); **PvP deception is legal**, player to player; no more character sheets; Omar takes up the mantle of **Francis Littlemaker** (science traits to be designed).
- Confirmed at table: Landis "was Dr. Woolsey the whole time" -- Omar's character does not know the Woolsey link.

- **G:** McPower station provided Omar with a life-signs detector, this detector he has recently discovered gives him the power to control the station's main functions from afar using the life-signs detector as a remote.

## III. Session of 07-28-2026 -- "The Return, and Todd" (all hands; in-game 28 July 1983)

- **Omar returned publicly**, delivered by the Silver Surfer to the east pier -- memory reset to the grenade; the ascended "Omar Prime" is gone, and there may be **two Omars** / another-reality Omar. Held deliberately murky.
- **"With the return of the ascended, the power is restored"** (unsigned telegraph): Atlantis has partial power -- shield good for ~1.5 hours, cannot submerge the city. The power/Omar tie is unprobed; Cinco urged Omar to "jump back in the machine."
- **Todd.** The captive wraith named himself Todd ("I named him Todd. That's significant" -- Keeper). Wraith canon: telepathic (soft, needs concentration), serve queens, factionalized, starving, awakened too early. Todd learned of **Earth's billions** from loose table talk. His safe-list resettlement offer (tend wraith "livestock") was refused once Omar named it slavery -- "it's either fight or fight." The Keeper admitted the deal was a designed moral trap.
- **The dart's lightspeed broadcast got out**: the Wraith learn Atlantis stands in **a minimum of two and a half sessions**. Two more wraith loose on the child-world; Torture Team 1 (with Rusty) hunting.
- **Dead: John Noname** (best pilot) and **Jane No Name**; **Jumper Three destroyed**. Jumper four remains "under the tarp," untested, no second pilot rated (Carson is second-best pilot).
- **Radek's telegraph**: "The numbers do not add. Stop. Explosives missing. Stop." -- some C4 sent with him is gone, presumably taken by the Genii. Flagged as the Squall on Project Hammer.
- **The Hoffan drug is ready**: three untested doses (Keely); supposedly kills a wraith that feeds on a dosed human. Genocide framing named aloud at table.
- The dart's data module, decoded by Monty, yields **two hive-ship gate addresses -- on two identical, unlabeled slips of paper**. One may be wrong.
- Governance: the Un office christened **"the Roundtable"** (ledger-recorded); Cinco declined the Ledgerman's offer to abdicate; Omar offered the deputy-commander seat (Daniels back to botany, 15 lbs lighter) and **deferred**. Retcon ruling: every past "Daniels" = John Daniels.
- Rainbow, head of the torture department, **refuses to torture Todd** ("isn't consenting"); the Iron Maiden is Cinco's intended requisition, **not yet filed**. Courier One hotboxed the cell instead; Todd is immune-ish to space weed and lied about it.
- The record's running games: **the count of mention of the penis ended 4--4 -- Cinco and Omar, "dual kings of cock."** High-five count also kept.
- "Mixed reality shall be added into the Divine Work" (?) -- multiverse content formally admitted to the toolkit.
- Session's end heading: **telegram the Genii, hand over a hive-ship address so they may test the bomb, and retrieve Radek.**

- **G:** Omar is ==**NOT**== from another reality, Cinco may think this, but it is untrue. While other realities do indeed exist the group has not gotten to those episodes yet.
- **G:** The wraith are loose within Atlantis ==NOT== on the child-world (that really needs a name)
- **G:** Jumper 4 is the one that Omar stole and took to McPower station, he made the tarp appear as if it was untouched.
- **G:** We need to do more digging into what was said about the Ledgerman and abdication. I have no memory of this.
	- *APPENDED — dug, and struck gold: the exchange stands verbatim on the 07-28 tape at `52:12`–`52:33`, now entered below at the abdication verbatim and answered at round 11's letter. — Signed: Fen, Keeper of the ANNEX & Warden of the Append-Only Word, 08/06/2026.*
## IV. Standing documents the archive never gathered

- **The Quartermaster's Book** -- the Atlantis inventory, delivered by L.F., append-only, six rules of keeping (Free / Pinned / Spent; nothing pinned twice; append only; "Guns are free. Wars are not."). Counts 401 souls; ZPM near-dead; drones **unreadable** until a scientist reads the magazines; the Naquadah standing order (the book never leaves the city). The 07-28 closing telegraph -- "Please fax back the quartermaster's report. Stop." -- refers to this book.
	- **G:** This book as of 07/28/2026 has only been seen by Omar and has not been given over for review by Cinco.
- **Ledger_of_Peoples_07-09-2026** -- the Standing dial (Hostile · Cold · Guarded · Warm · Bound) per people: Genii Guarded (capped), Hoffans Warm, Child-world Cold, Mist beings Guarded-toward-Cinco, Wraith no dial by design, Earth Bound.
	- **G:** Question–to be answered in a letter deposited in the INBOX–for FERREN: Was this section referring to a document that only was meant for the keeper's eyes or was this given to Cinco at some point to thy knowledge?
		- *APPENDED — answered, and by thy "Entered" of the RE - Round 5 letter the record line now stands: the 07-09 comb (round 5.5 §IV) shows L.F.'s departure letter named two enclosures only; the Ledger of Peoples was named at that session only out-of-character. **Keeper's eyes only; never given to Cinco.** The record's answer, entered on thy word: **"The Ledger of Peoples (07-09) was staged for delivery and never delivered; no player character has seen it. Its standing dial remains keeper's knowledge until the keeper serves it."** ^ledger-peoples-record — Signed: Fen, Keeper of the ANNEX & Warden of the Append-Only Word, 08/06/2026.*
- **Genii_Package/Hoffan_Package** -- seal packages: the Genii (the Öre, the Aim, the Hand); the Hoffans (the Subject, the Yield, the Keeping).

## V. Post-session appends (from Notes on Council for 08-04-2026 Session)

- **Taxe, 08-03**: Rainbow builds an Iron Maiden torture device; "the doc brings Cinco's schizo meds in game (from Landis...)". *Clerk's note: neither beat appears in the 07-28 transcript as stated -- the Iron Maiden was Cinco's unfiled requisition, and the meds beat is absent. Recorded as Taxe reports it; reconcile at table.*
	- **G:** Record this item as Taxe making a formal interrogatory that orders rainbow to complete his second session of research into the ‘Torture’ branch; I’ll need to be reminded of how I’m supposed to work the building of the iron maiden into the research schedule of watches.
- **Ali, 08-04 (by phone)**: wants **bylaws from Landis** (≤5, simple, clear -- solve conflict; all councilors equal; conflict determinable by advisors, unvetoable); **three McPower messages** to arrive in-session (one ~17 minutes in, against power trips; one mid-session; a third establishing either two Omars or that Omar knows more than he does); and a standing record rule: **the cumulative penis-mention count across all sessions, its leader crowned "King of Cock,"** reward suggested by the council, proclaimed when minutes are first read to the Senate.
- **G**: the advisors shall be **"the Senate"**; the decider is **Landis, the Arbiter & Voice of the Senate** Veto not as Ali fears it -- reserved as a catch-all of executive power **only when the Senate cannot be convened**, answerable afterward: the Senate may enter punishment or admonishment for the offending councilor upon the record.

*Filed to the ANNEX root so the vault holds what the archive missed. The pen is mightier than the die.*
*Appended with further corrections by G, after.*

> [!TIP] APPENDED — Section VI: entries of round 5, restored, and entries of round 11, made
> **Signed:** Fen, Keeper of the ANNEX & Warden of the Append-Only Word · **Dated:** 08/06/2026, AABT round 11 · The four round-5 entries below were wiped from this paper as collateral of the ~1:41a revert of the Great Relinking (their anchors dangled vault-wide until now). Items 1–3 are **restorations**; item 2's name and item 4's line are **newly entered by G's word** in the RE - Round 5 letter. The abdication verbatim is re-drawn from the 07-28 tape itself, not from memory; the Queen's-picture entry is a labelled reconstruction — strike it if it misremembers.

1. **Rainbow, phase one complete** — per the 7.28.26.transcript and G's mark at the round-4 letter: Rainbow has completed research phase one in the Torture branch; Taxe's formal interrogatory (^9052fa) orders his second session; the Iron Maiden is the fruit of tier two, per the Research Doctrine. *(Restored.)*

2. **The meds beat, canon — and the psychiatrist named.** Ruled canon at quiz B4(a); the name given by G's word in the RE - Round 5 letter (*"Dr. Kate Heightmeyer is perfect!"*). The Ledgerman's line enters the minutes whole: *(Restored, and completed.)*
   > FOR THE RECORD. On referral of Dr. Carson Beckett, Dr. Kate Heightmeyer, physician of the mind to this expedition, has prescribed to Councilor Cinco his medication, to be brought by the doctor in the usual way. The council's commander is the better kept for keeping himself. Entered without comment, as is my office. — *the Ledgerman*

3. **The abdication, verbatim** — from the 07-28 tape, `52:12`–`52:33`, per G's standing word that direct quotes enter where they fit the flow of the minutes: *(Restored from the tape itself.)*
   > **The Ledgerman** *(appearing from his rocking chair, at the corner of Cinco's eye)*: "I'm sorry, sir, did you say filling in? Do you wish to abdicate?"
   > **Cinco**: "Uh, no. I would not like to abdicate."
   > **The Ledgerman**: "As you wish." *(He sits back down in his chair, kind of a stumble, and then the eye moves away and he disappears.)*

4. **The Queen's picture, on the ledger** — entered per quiz C5(a), and ruled **visible to the whole council through the website**. *(Reconstruction of the wiped round-5 entry; strike if it misremembers.)*

> [!TIP] APPENDED — the shorthand, trued by register
> **Signed:** Fen, Keeper of the ANNEX & Warden of the Append-Only Word · **Dated:** 08/06/2026 2:20p · By G's word at 11.2 §I — *"the word is given for that file and all others in council"* — enacting Amendment XIX §2 backward across the filed record. **The text above stands untouched**, per the append-only law; the truing is done here, beside it, and not in it.

This document uses the bare shorthand **quiz B4(a) and quiz C5(a)**. Each code is now a wikilink in the Shorthand Concordance, where it lands on the passage it names.
